RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible products.

RETURNS
To qualify for a return:
– The item must be unopened and unused
– In its original packaging
– Requested within 90 days of delivery

Due to health and safety regulations, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email support@trymasuya.com with:
– Your order number
– Reason for return

We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

REFUNDS
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trymasuya.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trymasuya.com.

We can only cancel or modify orders before they have been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. In that case, please refer to our Refund Policy above for next steps.
